You'll meet your Roberto Tours captain at the departure point. He'll brief you on the equipment, the fishing area, and what to expect on the water, whether it's a calm coastal outing or an offshore adventure.
Cast your line in the waters of Cahuita. Your captain guides you to the best spots according to the season and conditions. The sea does the rest. Catch is always subject to natural conditions. If the sea doesn't give today, our kitchen still will.
Your table is reserved. Arrive from the sea, sit down, and watch as your catch is transformed into a Caribbean dish prepared with traditional techniques and flavors. Rice & beans, patacones, and tropical salad complete the plate.
